What is CareMonkey?
CareMonkey is a health and safety system that automatically keeps medical and emergency details up to date for any organisation with a duty of care. It makes these important details instantly available to authorised carers on their mobile devices in an emergency so they know who to call, what to do, or what to tell an ambulance paramedic. CareMonkey automates the permission and consent form process too and can collect any other custom information. It’s used by schools, universities, in sport, in HR, the disability sector and camps.
How does St Robert's use CareMonkey?
We are in our third year of using Caremonkey. At St Robert’s we use CareMonkey as our main means of electronic communication with our families. It is predominately our way sending out student permission for excursions and school related events. It is also very effective when emailing all important messages and notices that families require. CareMonkey allows us to include any required attachments as well as capture important information when filling in fields is needed. It is essential that all new enrolments to our school establish a Caremonkey profile for each member of the family who attends St Robert’s. We are also happy to assist with any questions, issues or concerns that may arise.
